General description of the service group


This is the service group that can be said to be perhaps the most popular of all the service groups we offer.

This itself covers the most professional preparation for sports cycling and this lifestyle. After all, what is needed for this? First, a proper bike. Also, a complex training plan. And finally, a proper nutritional system that wraps it all around.

As a result, we offer three different services within this service group:

1, EXPERT ADVICE ON CHOOSING A BIKE

This service is not about what our guests want, but about what they actually need! So, which is the bicycle that satisfies our guest's needs at the highest possible level and in the most complex way, even in the long term. It is a process, so such a session takes at least one hour.

The process itself begins with a conversation, with the help of which we assess our guest's physical condition (fitness level, conditional parameters, possible diseases, etc.), cycling skills, habits, and needs related to the topic. After that, we assess the possible locations where you would like to use the bike in question, and after that, we determine the price range that the product in question would ideally fall into. If we are satisfied with all of this, we will make a recommendation for the area of ​​use that our guest may certainly need based on this information and our other impressions. Then we will further specify that we get the narrowest possible cross-section of the bikes in question. And the final phase is after we have found the right model, equipment, color and size.


2, BICYCLE AND CONDITIONING TRAINING PLAN

This service of ours is actually two services in one. After all, we provide a completely personalized, complex, quarterly training plan, which includes a training plan specifically for cycling and a conditioning (weight training + stretching) training plan.

The course of the service basically consists of three phases.

  • At the beginning of the process, we start with an informal conversation, within the framework of which we define the starting point. Here, a health assessment is carried out, as well as an exact assessment of the level of fitness, condition and cycling history.
  • In the second phase, we define the goals along which we can set up the process of training planning. In the second phase.
  • In the third phase of the process, we prepare the plan itself, based on which our guest can start the work and his journey towards the desired transformation.


3, NUTRITION ADVICE

Basically, the lifestyle of an athlete consists of three important, large parts. Training, nutrition and rest. This is the holy trinity that determines whether our efforts are crowned with success or not. The nutritional system built for the individual does not merely complement this system, but is one of its – if not the most important – cornerstones.

In our time, there are countless articles and misconceptions about what is the one and only healthy nutritional method that everyone should follow. Well, at this point I would like to point out that there is no such thing. It is no accident that being a dietician is a profession, and it is no accident that you learn it for many years within the framework of a higher education institution.

We are not the same, our goals and abilities are not the same. In all cases, these must be taken into account with the greatest possible care in order to achieve the best possible result for every person who comes to us - because that is exactly why we do it. With us, everyone receives an individual, personalized nutrition plan, which is prepared with full consideration of their parameters.
