General description of the service

Bicycle selection advice is not just a passion - it is a strictly professional issue. Choosing a premium bike requires competence in a number of psychological, human, practical and professional issues in a narrow sense. Consequently, the person who gives this kind of advice not only needs to be up-to-date and at home in the world of premium bicycles, but also has to acquire some degree of proficiency in all of the above areas in order for his opinion to be based on competencies that can be taken seriously.

This service is not about what our guests want, but about what they actually need! So, which is the bicycle that satisfies our guest's needs at the highest possible level and in the most complex way, even in the long term.

This is a process, so such a session takes at least an hour, but we can easily slip into the time interval of one and a half hours.

• The process itself starts with a conversation, with the help of which we assess our guest's physical condition (fitness level, conditional parameters, possible diseases, etc.), cycling skills, habits, and needs related to the topic.
• After that, we assess the possible locations where you want to use the bike in question.
• And then, we determine the price range in which the product in question would ideally fall.
• If we are satisfied with all of this, we will make a recommendation for the area of ​​use that our guest may certainly need based on this information and our other impressions.
• We will then further specify that we get the narrowest possible cross-section of the bicycles in question.
• And the final phase is when we find the right model, equipment, color and size.
• The service also includes the selection of appropriate clothing and other accessories, as well as the bikefitting service, which is essential for the exact determination of the size of the bicycle.
