ONLINE AND OFFLINE BUYING GUIDE

I. Business rules (offline)

Our store operates as a showroom and as a sales and collection point, according to our business regulations:

  • photographing in the store is FORBIDDEN!

  • touching the exhibited products is FORBIDDEN!

  • It is FORBIDDEN to enter our store with clogs!

  • bringing animals into the shop is FORBIDDEN!

  • it is FORBIDDEN to make noise, eat or engage in any activity involving pollution or noise!

  • it is FORBIDDEN to bring a dirty bicycle into the shop!

  • our prices are fixed! Please honor us by NOT HAGGING, this is not a bazaar!

  1. Our store functions as a showroom and as a sales and collection point - which we reserve exclusively for those who want to make a purchase during their visit! We ask everyone to inquire and request information about products, services or anything else on our online channels!

  2. As a result, we recommend our online interfaces and our 3D shop tour function for your interest. We try to respond to all inquiries received on our online channel within 24 hours.

  3. We can only accept phone inquiries during opening hours, we are not available by phone at other times, so we ask everyone to leave an e-mail in all such cases, to which we will try to respond as soon as possible.

II. Personal (offline) purchase, payment

  • In the case of personal purchases in our store, the payment options are cash, bank card, or advance payment.

  • of course, in our store, you can pay in forints and euros. Payment is possible in forints, cash, bank card and bank transfer, and in euros with cash or bank transfer.

  • In the case of products reserved or reserved with a purchase price, we are unable to refund the amount of the reservation/purchase price in the event of cancellation of the product by the buyer - if the failure of the transaction is not demonstrably the fault of our store.

III. Webshop (online) purchase, payment and delivery

In our online store, you can choose from three payment options when paying in HUF:

  1. payment by bank card (you can only pay with the indicated bank cards, immediately after ordering the selected product)

  2. cash on delivery (possible for all products, except for bicycles. In the case of bicycles, payment by bank card is available, and in the case of certain bicycles, the Cetelem credit card payment option is available)

  3. Cetelem online goods loan (can only be used for certain bicycles, only online)

In our online store, you can choose from one payment option when paying in euros:

  1. payment by bank card (you can only pay with the indicated bank cards, immediately after ordering the selected product)

In the case of products ordered and paid for in our online store, two types of collection are possible, you must choose between the two when ordering:</ p>

  1. personal collection in the store (this is free by definition)

  2. delivery to the address specified as the delivery address during the order. This costs a uniform amount of €11 (or equivalent HUF according to our daily exchange rate) below the value limit of €100 (or below the corresponding HUF amount according to our daily exchange rate). From €100 (or HUF equivalent according to our daily exchange rate), delivery is free anywhere in Hungary.

IV. General information for online and offline ordering methods

  • delivery times for products not in stock or pre-ordered are informative, so we ask everyone to request advance information about the expected delivery time of the product before ordering, especially in the case of bicycles. We cannot take responsibility for delivery delays caused by the fault of the manufacturer or supplier. In the case of products that are physically in stock, there is no need to wait, they can be taken away immediately.

  • in the case of pre-ordered - i.e. NOT in stock - bicycles, delivery and personal collection can also be requested. Delivery for all bicycles is free anywhere within the country. If someone chooses personal collection, the assembly and adjustment of the bike is also free, so these services are part of the purchase price of the bike. After delivery, we cannot assume responsibility for bicycles that are not assembled by us and are damaged as a result.

  • for all products ordered in our online store other than complete bicycles and frame sets (i.e. everything that is not a bicycle or a frame set), the shipping cost is fixed, anywhere in the country at 11 euros (or the corresponding HUF according to our daily exchange rate). In this case, delivery is free from 100 euros (or HUF equivalent according to our daily exchange rate).

  • In the case of products ordered by e-mail, telephone (or in any other way not in our online store) with a request for delivery, payment can be made by cash on delivery upon delivery - only in cash. In the case of such an order and delivery request, the shipping cost depends on the shipping company's tariff in effect on the day the package is sent. This depends on the delivery address, the value, size and total weight of the package.

Ignorance of the payment and shipping information does not exempt you from accepting and complying with it!
