General description of the service group

The Biondo Bike bicycle shop has been closely monitoring its regular customers since 1999. That's why we developed our loyalty program.

Our loyalty program aims to reward and appreciate our most committed customers and to encourage those who honor us the most with their loyalty. However, the goal of our program is not just that. Because we want to give everyone the opportunity to be part of this circle - as a result, we have decided to apply our frequent customer discounts to single-sum purchases from January 30, 2024.

So, we offer our frequent customer discounts for purchases that are made online or offline after January 30, 2024, and in one amount reach the minimum amount required for the given frequent customer card.

We distinguish three bands between our loyalty cards:

1, SILVER REGULAR BUYER CARD

• the SILVER loyalty card is a name-brand plastic card with a given discount band for a given time interval
  
• the SILVER loyalty card entitles you to a 5% discount for offline purchases of all non-discounted products for 1 calendar year
  
• the SILVER loyalty card can be applied for online or offline purchases of a minimum amount of HUF 3,000,000 (the purchase cannot include discount products)

2, GOLD REGULAR BUYER CARD

• the GOLD loyalty card is a name-brand plastic card with a given discount band for a given time interval
  
• the GOLD loyalty card entitles you to a 10% discount for offline purchases of all non-discounted products for 1 calendar year
  
• the GOLD frequent customer card can be applied for online or offline purchases of a minimum amount of HUF 6,000,000 (the purchase cannot include discount products)
  

3, PLATINUM REGULAR BUYER CARD

• the PLATINIUM frequent customer card is a name-brand plastic card with a given discount band, for a given time interval
  
• the PLATINIUM loyalty card entitles you to a 12% discount for offline purchases of all non-discounted products for 2 calendar years
  
• the PLATINIUM loyalty card can be applied for online or offline purchases of a minimum amount of HUF 10,000,000 (the purchase may not include discount products)
  

The selected plastic card can be collected either in person or by cash on delivery.
