• The first is training planning, which is also – we can safely say – vital and essential.
• The second is the adjustment of nutrition, which is the missing component in order to build the best YOU.
• The holy trinity of training, nutrition and proper regeneration, as well as the precise, personalized development of these, can only lead to success if you have serious goals in the area outlined above.

So, the complex shaping and recreation package includes the following two services simultaneously and in their entirety:

• bike and conditioning training plan
  
• nutrition consultation
  

The bicycle and conditioning training plan helps to build the competitor's condition. It is a completely personalized training plan optimized for the needs and goals of the competitor, straight from the twenty-two-time Hungarian champion and six-time Giro d'Italia winner Márta Seregély.

Our nutrition consulting service offers a nutritional system perfectly tailored to the competitor's goals and personal preferences. Without competitive nutrition, it is now unthinkable to take a serious competitor's performance. You can check in with our dietitian once a week, so you need to make a separate appointment.

Of course, these services can be used individually, but they are much more affordable together, for only HUF 79,000.
