MOST IMPORTANT: WHAT MATERIAL IS IT MADE OF?
The other grouping point is that a carbon fiber fabric has a high modulus, is strong, or is capable of high resistance. The former are very stiff and light, the latter are extremely resistant and more flexible. You cannot build a frame that is light, rigid and suitable for racing at a serious level without the dominant use of the former! However, without the latter, frame production does not exist.
Wilier works with Mitsubishi carbon and its own developed premium fabrics, and it uses fabrics jointly dreamed up with several manufacturers. Kellys does not use these fabrics, but it is suitable as a starting point for a broader orientation.
HUS-MOD: One of the best quality carbon fabrics made exclusively for Wilier. The 65TON hyper high modulus carbon fabric supplemented with Liquid Crystal technology is always stiff when it is most needed, but can also offer comfort when appropriate. A unique development from a unique manufacturer.

kellys tygon r50: the force of destruction
The Kellys Tygon R50 frame is made of advanced robotic welded 6-series aluminum alloy material. This material is particularly ideal for building this type of bike, as it is both stiff, it is relatively light and can also be shaped very well. The head tube angle is sufficiently balanced, so we get a geometry that is also extremely suitable for downhill riding, and it is lavish when going uphill, because there is also motorized assistance. The front fork moves 120 mm, which makes it absolutely suitable for XC/trail use.
